Wolf Mail put on a scorcher Fri night at the Great Southern Blues Festival......sometimes I wonder whether people actually "get" what this guy does on guitar........its not an

outporing of continuous riffs and cliches but an adaption of the greats like King etc by playing less but saying more.

Hi Wolf

I read a write up in my newspaper about a blues guy playing soon in Hobart at my local Hotel. The write up was good and it sounded like my sort of thing.

I turned up a bit late thinking id missed everything until i opened the car door in the carpark .

The sound was fantastic and i raced inside amongst the stumbling patrons and pool players.

I caught two or three songs before you stopped and i thought that was great. To my surprise you did another set and did not ease until later in the evening.

At 44 ive been to a few concerts and  you and the band gave it everything and your gig, without a doubt is one of my favourites.

I grabbed the new CD and its been on high rotation.

Just wanted to let you know you had a very appreciative and happy new fan here.

Thanks Andrew

Hi Wolf

Penny said she'd never had a better weekend, "Hello" is now her all time favourite song she told me yesterday.

Would be sensational if you make it back down, especially given the response that everyone gives me when I show the Electric Love Soul, especially people who never consider themselves blues fans.

It's seriously a fantastic album that seems to have a broader appeal.

I also thought you should know that everyone around this area keeps talking about how they hear they missed out on one of the best performers who have been to the state...

Thanks, Michael

 Hi,

My name is Léon. I salute you from the Netherlands. I hope you can read my English. Last week I bought a Carvin Belair 212 + a CT6T Carvin guitar.

 It sounds great together.

I have seen your promo on the Carvin Channel, but could not see the amp settings you use quit good.

Is it possible that you email me the amp settings you used on the promo??

Thanks a lot... I love your work!!!

 Regards, Léon.;
